Waterpod!

The Waterpod is a barge converted to be a self-sustaining artist commune, where artists grow their own food, get energy from the sun, compost their poop, etc. I wrote it up earlier today for Brownstoner, but I love it so much that I’m posting it here, too. Of course, in Brownstoner, I didn’t say poop. The barge is traveling around the waters of NYC, and until August 17, it will be at Pier 5 in Brooklyn. Go. Go now.
